Managed Land Deer Permit allows annual Season dates of September 30-Febuary 28.
Javelina:
No closed season. Bag limit: 2 per license year.
Squirrel:
No closed season. No bag limit.
Turkey
The annual bag limit for Rio Grande and Eastern turkey, in the aggregate, is four (4), no more than one of which may be an Eastern turkey.
Fall: No Fall Hunting.
Spring: Rio Grande turkey: Open season: March 15 – April 27, 2025 (gobblers only).
Quail:
Statewide: Open season: TBD. Daily bag limit: 15 Possession limit: 45
Dove:
South Zone Regular
September 14 – October 27, 2024 ; December 13, 2024 – January 21, 2025
Special White-Winged Dove:
September 1-2, 6-8, 2024
Daily bag limit: 15
